  • Yes, PBCC is fully licensed & Insured with safety as a top priority. Our carriages are regularly maintained and inspected, and our drivers are experienced professionals trained in horse and carriage safety.

  • Absolutely! We encourage decorating and arrive early just so you can personalize your carriage for your event.

  • We decide on a ride by ride basis  to account for everybody's  safety & we ensure you that all of our deposits are refundable. 

  • We serve New York City and the greater Tri-State area, including Westchester, Rockland, Long Island, New Jersey, and parts of Connecticut. If you're unsure whether we can travel to your location, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate most event locations within reasonable distance.
